Letter Blanket FAQ

Can I submit a letter/writing that is not written on the template?
We have to review your letter first. The reason why we might not accept your order is that when the scanned image is low quality, it results in a low-quality blanket. The preferred option for submission of letters for your blanket is on the template provided. However, we can make exemptions on a case-by-case basis.
Send us an email at support@myletterblanket.com and we’ll see if we can create a blanket for you from a non-template source.

What is the turnaround time?
We will start working on your order 24 hours after we receive it. It takes 4 to 7 business days to make and ship the blanket. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery time within the Continental USA is 5-12 business days. 10-15 business days for international orders.

Can you combine 2 templates into one?
Yes, templates can be combined. Two or more people can provide the handwriting for the blanket as long as everybody writes in their own spot.
For example, Person #1 could write on lines 1-5, and person #2 could write on lines 6-11, and person #3 could write on lines 12-16.
The template contains 16 available lines for your handwriting.

Can I cancel, change or update my order once submitted?
If something went wrong, please contact us ASAP! We can ONLY fix that for you IF your blanket isn’t in production yet. That means you have to contact us within 24 hours after you place your order. Once your order has gone into production, it cannot be canceled, changed, updated or modified. This includes shipping addresses. Please check your order carefully before submitting

I don’t want to write a letter. Can I write something else?
Yes. You can write anything you desire. You can write notes, messages, drawings, Bible verses, wishes, poems, signatures, wedding vows, bucket lists, etc. The possibilities are as endless as your creativity!

Can I write in a different language other than English Language?
Yes, you can! All languages are supported. Just while placing your order, make sure to use an email address that you log in to frequently. Sometimes we require your final approval before starting production. This way we're assured you'll be 100% satisfied with the look of your blanket.

I have an issue with my blanket. Can you fix it for me?
If your order got damaged in transit, or you got the wrong item, or there is something wrong please contact us at support@myletterblanket.com
